Our usual yummy treat on a Sunday evening is usually caramel corn. It's fast, easy and super good. All you need is some butter, Splenda brown sugar, popped popcorn and heavy whipping cream.
First, on medium heat place 2 tablespoons of butter in a pan. Then add 1/4 cup of brown sugar (splenda). Let that bubble as you stir for a few seconds. Then add 2 tablespoons heavy cream to the pot. This makes the mixture turn from a dark brown to a caramel color. Keep stirring for another minute, then take it off the heat.
Pour mixture over popped popcorn and mix around in the bowl till all popcorn is covered.
