You"ll need about 4-5 chicken breasts, depending on the size of your family, Splenda brown sugar or honey, teriyaki sauce, lettuce leave that are big enough to hold like a cup, and some carrots and zucchini to garnish.
Grill the chicken in olive oil.
When cooked, cut them into small cubes and place them back in the frying pan with 2 tablespoons of Splenda brown sugar or honey, about a 1/2 cup of teriyaki sauce and a sprinkle of soy sauce if you like. Cook the chicken till the sauce burns off a little, then cover and take off heat.
Wash off lettuce leaves and gently place the chicken in the center of each leaf. Sprinkle julianned carrots and zucchini over the top. You can add sliced green onions if desired.
If you are not eating low carb, like my kids, you can serve with brown rice sprinkled with soy sauce. Yum! I can down about three or four of these, easy! Guten Appetite!
