Hello, my name is Stephanie Morley and my stomach and I have an issue with wheat. Let me rephrase that. We have an issue with "genetically modified" wheat (yet I have no qualms using splenda products-crazy, I know). So, in an attempt to save the human race from daily indigestion and make a difference in my own little way, I give you recipes that I have found and some that I have concocted myself inside my crazy laboratory-teaming with children-I call my kitchen.
